To ensure you get the best experience with our products and offer peace of mind on your purchase, we offer after-purchase support services to help you troubleshoot any unforeseen issues or concerns you may experience in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
If circumstances change, we’re happy to assist you in returning or exchanging your purchase*. To return or exchange your items, it must be within 30 days of the purchase date found on your receipt. Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging with UPC code if applicable.
All you need to do is provide the invoice number and the reason for the return. If you purchased in-store, call the location you originally purchased your items from. If you purchased online, contact our online customer service at customerservice@source.ca.**

**Please note returns on purchases made online must be done via customerservice@source.ca, as the return cannot be processed in-store.
