Returns and Exchanges

If circumstances change, we’re happy to assist you in returning or exchanging your purchase*. To return or exchange your items, it must be within 30 days of the purchase date found on your receipt. Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging with UPC code if applicable.

All you need to do is provide the invoice number and the reason for the return. If you purchased in-store, call the location you originally purchased your items from. If you purchased online, contact our online customer service at customerservice@source.ca.**

Issues/Damage on Delivery

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition. We’re proud of our delivery team, which has a stellar track record for delivering products on time and in excellent condition. In the cases where we use shipping partners, we extend the same expectations to them as we do our own staff.

In the rare case that you suspect your product may be damaged upon delivery, we ask you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customerservice@source.ca or contacting your nearest Source Office Furniture location with the details.

Tips to Expedite Resolution

• Inspect your shipment carefully and note any damage on the “Proof of Delivery” document or electronic device presented by the carrier, or ensure that the driver makes notes and provides you with a copy.
• Accept the delivery, but do not set up your product.
• Take clear and adequate photos of any packaging damage before opening the boxes, and document any product damage after unpacking.
• Keep all boxes and packaging until your claim is resolved.
• All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and pictures/documents must be received within 7 days of delivery.
