Botting Mechanical: Making Every Office Space Useful
Optimizing your office for efficiency and productivity means utilizing every space or repurposing empty spaces. When Botting Mechanical came to Source Office Furniture to create workstations in a previously unused spot in their office, we were ready to lend a hand. Together, we created a useful and functional space where employees can feel comfortable and ready to take on the day!
Botting Mechanical is a leading mechanical construction company in Western Canada. From project conception to completion, Botting manages the planning and construction of small and large projects, ensuring a space that meets all the requirements needed by their clients. With a shared passion for creating functional spaces for our valued clients and businesses, Source was excited to work with Botting Mechanical to create six new workstations and add a boardroom table where employees can collaborate.
Designing an Office Layout
After digging deeper with Botting about what they envisioned for their space, our space planning experts got to work, creating an office layout and design that met Botting’s needs. Using 2D and 3D renderings, we were able to provide visual aids for their new office space and what it would look like with new office furniture installed. After a few revisions based on feedback from Botting, we established a spacious and functional office layout that perfectly fit six workstations.
Creating Functional Workstations with Tayco Office Furniture
This plan was brought to life using Tayco’s Switch collection. We use this panel system from Tayco in many of our projects because of its sleek design and slim panel construction, making it easy to create office partition walls and cubicles. Switch is customizable and matches the unique needs of different workspaces. With several optional features available, such as segmented glass, sliding or hinged doors, and more, Switch provides just the right amount of openness and privacy. Also available in a wide variety of panel materials and fabrics, Switch enhances the performance of an office space, while adding modern and contemporary elements to an office design.
